Comments:
Wasn't feeling too hot on the warm up, but workout didn't feel completely awful. After the 50s run, ran 6X400, then 100 300 200 200. Rest after some of them was too much but whatever. Most were 71 to 72, last one was 65. Then ran 15 49 30 30. Really tired now...
