Not going to the meet tomorrow so did a workout today, one that I've been wanting to do for awhile. 100, 150s, 200s. legs were pretty tired from yesterday before the workout even started. Did 100, 100, 200 in the relays with the team then did three more sets of that by myself. Jogged across the field after each 100 and after each set did around a 300. Then did 4x150 with a jog across the field after each, last 2 I was completely dead, literally could not run any faster. Tried to do a 2 mile cooldown but just over a half into it this weird thing in my leg flared up. Started just above my knee in the quad muscle and went up to my groin, getting thinner in the area of pain as the farther you went. Probably just a thing similar to a charlie horse but still hurt enough to make me stop. Hurt like a bitch. Feels okay now. Easy run tomorrow. Pretty pissed that I didnt get 7 miles in today, was only because of that weird ass thing in my leg, fucking stupid.
