Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I ran down it to E. 55th and back. Felt pretty good overall, was fine in shorts and a long sleeve t shirt. I feel like I was moving pretty well today but idk how long I ran because I didn't time it. No real pain, just a little discomfort at times.
Focused on the hammies again today, but was able to stretch well after this time. Didn't have time for anything else before class.
