Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Todays run was a bit of a change than normal.. i wanted everything under 8 minute pace for 5 miles on the Turkey loop.. we ended up doing more or less 4x1 mile repeats at tempo pace... good run that will pay dividends down the road.
1.7:46..2.7:30..3.7:10..4.7:13 mile 5 was just and ez one back to school... DD's (6) with strength drills and ABS
