MLK Fartlek

Comments:
2 mile warm-up to mlk, then 4 miles of fartlek (1:30 intervals with equal recovery) and 2 back to veale. Good workout, i was happy with how it went and that i was able to get one in. Also, my shin did not hurt! Abs, hips, shins, biking.
