Really long day!
woke up at 545 to get on a 6 hour plane ride to Seattle, went straight to UW (which I fell in love with...) then back to the hotel to throw in a workout. By the time we figured out the metro/bus system, we didnt get back until 8pm western time (so 11pm eastern). Knew I should get in the workout, so got on the treadmill in the workout room, because I dont really know Seattle too well (especially at night) and were not in the best area.
Warmup for 20 minutes, then 5x3.5 minutes hard from 7.8-8.1 speed on 2-3 incline with 2 minutes recovery. Wasnt feeling it at all in the beginning, but kind of warmed up to it. Mostly it was just keeping the treadmill going and turning my mind off. 10 minute cooldown I'll add more tomorrow. Stretch after, too tired to do strenght work.
