Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
30 min warm-up on the hills... biggest hill is 1.5 miles into the course, anticipating early attacks.
Shed em on the climb, 5 man break away worked well together, thinned out to 3 on the second hill. Three of us held it together for another 20 miles and two more climbs. Solid tactics on the last 1km and good spirit to 1st!!! Nice to not have the legs cramping up on me this time round... better rest? more water?? dunno.
Got some cool prizes, and nobody in the top 5 this race, or last week at Sequim will be with me for the Flatlands Omnium next weekend... oh man...
easy cruising for cool down.. and to calm down :)
