sunday swim

Tired from last night didnt get back until around 3:30. Still got some work done an made it to the pool. David was there, but again was doing some Greek Week stuff, so we could only kick for a little bit. Did 10 min kick, 25 min swim, 10 min kick. The swim was all 2 breaths. Showing some improvement, it wasnt too bad. The pool was really busy today due to Greek Week practice.

Got out, storage room was locked, so I just did hips and stretched in the locker room with David and Brandon. Not feeling all that sore today. Stretching and rolling and L7 felt refreshing. Abs alone too after everything.

Only went to 35 again this week. I would like to get everything out of the workouts, an recover well on regular runs, so mileage will be what it will be from here on out.
