Didnt run yesterday, just really tired all over, felt lethargic. Legs felt decent today, been reading some of my old magazines and was saying something about not having the right tension on race day and one of the things was to do light speedwork to raise the tension. In the article suggested (for a 5k) to do 8x200 with a 200m jog at 5k pace. Substituted that for 8x200 with 200m jog at mile pace. Final time was 4:55. Felt fast haha. Some of them were a little quick and then some were a little too slow. Hopefully be ready for wednesday, going out hard for whatever I run.
