Coach wanted me to do a 800 today in 2:35, felt weird running on the track again, took me about 400m to find my form again, felt harder than it should have to hit the time, but considering I just biked for 56 minutes and it was my interval in 7 weeks, I'll take it, headed outside to complete my mileage for today.

9 good laps around the field, switched directions after 5, stretch, 30 Eagle II, butt exercises, 10 min foot icebath before my afternoon classes.
