Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Planned on doing a run in georgetown, but first 10 minutes told me that any hills wouldn't be too good. So, I headed to georgetown track and ran there, and ran into William! A bit bland, but it was fun watching people do workouts and attempt to ride bikes. Ran home after awhile. This recovery was a bit rougher than the last, but I took yesterday and today really really easy, excluding the run today, so it should be fine by tomorrow and its already doing better. Clams and leg strengthing today, cant do crunches/planks for a few days.
