Comments:
Soooo the meet got canceled because of the "rain" even though it never actually rained. Was actually hoping for a cancellation since I didn't feel like racing. Anyway, ran practice with the Loyola team which was fun. Started off with a 50s run. Ran a 1k at 1600 pace in a big group after that. 8 min jog, then 30/30 which is just a 30s 200 w/ 30s rest. Felt pretty good. 1k splits were 32.4 35.8 36.1 36.5 36.1. Pretty smooth the whole way.
