Comments:
Ran indoors to get a break from the cold. The dist. of the track is accurate, but it is superfast. Definitely a fast day, but felt really bad after 2-3 miles. Still dropped my last mile to about 5:30 so a good finish. Surprisingly fast, even for this track, for only a week of training.
