perfect local circuit developed...
never more than 4 miles from home.
With work, never more than 3 miles from food.
or more than 2 miles from a bathroom.
Every 2 miles there is a natural rest with the burke gilman in the U district and then I can switch between hill intervals and sprint/tempo
6x 8 miles w/ total of 12 climbs at 2+minutes and then 6 x 3min @ tempo. Solid ride, despite rain
