hurdle drills

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
After run with Phil headed down to veale to do my hurdle stuff. Got the storage room open, then got to it. Did all the warm ups, then set up 5 hurdles on the yellow marks on the other side of the track. Did 5 full run thorughs focusing on getting lead legs up, each side, then 3 full run throughs each side focusing on getting the trail leg over and down. Then I did 5 run throughs with the 2nd and 4th hurdle out focusing on acceleration through and strong landing. They were really good. I couldnt see it, but I felt smooth. The left was especially good. This is what its all about.

After, stretched, rolled, L7, and buddies while some of the guys were playing a bball game. Feeling decent at the end of the day. I have done a lot in the past few days so the break tomorrow will be nice.
