northpark to fairfax to fairmount to green and back, same sunday run, relaxing but was able to push for a bit...hit 55 again but i am really sore from playing basketball, all of the jumping was hard on my hip abductors, will shoot for 55 again next week, dont want to rush going up to 60, its a marathon not a sprint, still have 4 months left to get ready
