pool workout

Exercise Type: Swim

Tomorrow is the hard workout, but I wasnt really feeling that bad this morning. Did the regular pool workout, 5 min kick warm up, wkt 1, 20 min aqua jog, wkt 2, 10 min underwater swim. Knee was getting tight at the end of the aqua jog, other than that, good cardio session.

Back upstairs for a hip, back, hammies. Knee was still weak but not too bad. Ill do a little eastside crossover perhaps this afternoon. Then static 2, roll, planks, L7 and ice. I really want to see the footage from the VMI meet that Brooke supposedly took.
