Weather: Colder but pleasnt
Comments:
Ran really slow today. I have come to the conclusion that I'm running too fast on my easy days for how hard I've been going in workouts. The week leading up to VMI I did the slowest Warrenville loop I've ever done and I didn't run that slow last week so I'm tring out the slow running thing and seeing how it goes.
Ran Warrensville per usual. Say a ridicoulsly skinny squirrel. I could see all its ribs and it was discolored and stuff:( It was eating an acorn when I saw it though so maybe it'll feel better in a couple days.
Hurdles, Static 2, roll, pick abs and planks, hips, pushups, pullups and dips
