I've really been working my arms lately, due to daily waits (sometimes double sessions) and having to walk around on crutches everywhere. Hopefully I won't be exchanging one injury for another once this sprain heals!

Anyway, I think the sprain is getting better, but I can't be sure. It feels like I have to put more weight on it than before to feel pain, so that's a good sign, but I could just be getting used to the injury. Anyway, with one week down I would hope it's at least somewhat better.
