Comments:
Felt decent on the warmup, just stayed on campus today. Then did a half mile easy after stretching and such then did 6x around 60m with equal recovery. Worked down from low 8's to mid 6's, what a boss lolz. then easy half mile cooldown. Maybe break 5 tomorrow? Not sure, I'll have Frank to pace me fore the 1st three laps then kick it like last time. As long my legs arre alright and the wind isn't a bitch I should be fine. 1st 2 mile tomorrow too, kinda excited. Hopefully won't be too destroyed from da mile.
