Comments:
Jogged to AU, drills/strides etc. Had to kind of rush this workout because of singing event at Holton, so ended up doing a 300, then 400, then back to school with a 59 second pickup and a 90 second pickup. 300 felt really good, hit 65, legs were tired/foot was a bit off but I still was working and definitely felt good. 400 was more about staying consistent and smooth and it definitely worked, 1:32. Crossed Mass and picked up until I hit grass, then foot twirked a bit so cut it short. then 90 second was up the hill and onto the flat. Overall, very pleased with today and got some lifting in this morning too!
