Comments:
Thought I was out of the woods. After my tempo I worked in the yard all day and tweaked my foot. I woke up this morning and it was pretty sore. I ran 17 with Kevin and it felt better and better as the run went on but now its sore. Taking tomorrow off and hopefully it feels better on Tuesday.
