10 min warmup (lvl 10), 16 * 2 min (15) w/30 sec (10), 10 min cooldown (10), TV was already tuned to TNT, so I watched Supernatural and listened to CAKE and Depeche Mode, HR was between 150 - 160 for the intervals, changed shoes and headed outside.
