monday workout: Not as fast as Mutai

Its a fairly chill week. It was also cold out today ouch. We just did some stuff to get out legs moving. Warm up via little Italy. Then drills at the track. I biofrezzed my whole right leg, and that definitely helped. I could feel my outside ankle a little bit, but the part that has been sore wasnt bad today.

We did a kinda sporatic workout. David and I did some hurdle stuff. First we did a 200 acceleration. Then we did 6 x 300 alternating hurdles each interval. They were spaced at 400H spacing, which was tough. Couldnt get the right rhythm, but they were still powerful and relativly clean. I was studdering way out, but the acceleration over and out were fairly good. Its time to put it all together. The good part is I will definitely feel it. I did last week on the barriers, and felt it a little today. Splits were

56, 52, 54, 51, 55, 46

David looked better I heard also. Lets do this! Cool down to veale was a little quick I thought. Then we just stretched, rolled, hips, L7, abs and ice. Happy about today. I can ride with this. DOnt really know what Im gonna do tomorrow... Might still swim cause I like it.

Anyways completely stunned by the Boston Marathon results. Those were insane. I want to be coached by Jesus.

Also Passover started tonight. Wasnt a big deal last year, but we will see what happens now.
