Wasn't really feeling too great on the warmup, legs tired as usual. 50 second run, my arms died from yesterdays pushups and such around the 250. Still made it past the gate. Then did 3x100, timed a mile, 2 mile cooldown then timed a half. Both of them ran relatively easy, legs real sore and tired. Tried to run consistent 80's for everything, as thats my goal 2 mile pace. After practice went over some hurdles in preparation for Friday. can clear it and all...but not the best form haha. Should be interesting. Rode the stationary bike for about 20 minutes after practice just to loosen up.
