Talked with Austin for a while about Hudsons in the early part of the workout. New playlist was short but intense and got the job done. Felt okay. Need to get back on extras; I feel like I'm getting to be too lazy. Not being able to run doesn't mean I can't do abs, pull ups, push-ups, etc. Time for me to get with it.

Cruise 20 min, tempo 15, hard 5; steady on level 8 gray bike; hit hr of 205.
