Comments:
By myself a little before 1, up NP around the first lake taking the trails around and then back. I was hoping the wet/mud run would help me feel better, but it wasn't as therapeutic as I'd hoped, although it did help some. No real hip problems, but my legs are pretty tired.

Weight room, adductors, abductors, hamstring curl and leg press. Stretch. Roll.
