Man it was raining pretty hard today. Anyways I ran every day last week, so I though I would xtrain. Just went for a nice swim. Went 10 swim, 10 kick, 10 swim, 10 kick. Saw Jessica, havnt seen her in a while. I was kinda out of breath from the sore throat. This is getting a little ridiculous.
Back upstairs to stretch, roll, L7, and abs. It was legit. Still thinking about racing and getting pumped.
2 x 100 high crunches.
