With Andrea, Justine, Leanne, Abby, Blaire, and Cindy, jogged the girl's route to the track, drills, lap of striders.

400m w/200m recovery, 600m w/400m recovery, 800m w/400m recovery, 1000m w/400m recovery, 1000m, 400m w/400m recovery, 600m w/200m recovery, 400m, paced Justine through most of her workout at 82s, estimated total time at 4 seconds under pace, workout was easy for me, had to take a pit stop after the second 1000 and got back to pace her for the second lap of the second 800, group of guys playing rugby on the field, Pet Pals and a AXE bbq going on at the Village, a little warm, but legs felt good, stride a bit choppy.
