Comments:
10 times 400. 69 for first 5, 68 for second 5. it probably evened out, but it wasnt a good workout. started too fast, weay too fast and i felt like an idiot. didnt feel that hard, but it was too fast. need to control myself. bobby helped me on the last two. last one was ugly too.

i have to focus on ignoring what i feel, and know my time. 76 will feel easy the first lap of that 5k, but thats how it has to be.
