Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
20 minute run around the neighborhood, avoided hills and whatnot then 4 haard striders at Hardy park. Feeling really good (dont want to jinx it) and SO excited for tomorrow. A bit worried at the beginning of the run cuz I was really stiff from the past few days basically not doing anything but by the end of the run was able to go into the striders feeling loose. STILL SO EXCITED. and ate some honeysuckle after.
