Comments:
Pre meet run from Dodge rd, up stevenson, turkey hill and home. Added on .5 mile on Ellis Hollow Creek. It wasnt quite 3, but it was over 2.5, so ill say three.

Felt pretty good on the hills. Just thinking about the race. Starting to get nervous. Its better to be nervous now than in the race. Its even better to be excited and confident!

Stretch (static 2) hips, roll, L7 and abs when I got home. Feeling less sore than after the speed yesterday.

Walked a lot around campus today also. I was feeling sore (probably from yesterday, I was going fast) but everything feels good once I start moving my legs.

I really want to wrap up this track season the right way. I am the only one that can control that. I checked the heat sheets and Im in the slow heat. The only way to PR is to stay with the pack, and beat them all.
