Comments:
10 times 200. quick pace but easy workout to get the legs ready for friday. was supposed to hit 30-32, hit 31 on most. a couple 30's. little disappointed i couldn't run much faster on the last one, usually i can finish workouts well, but i just couldn't go any faster than that today.
