Comments:
Tried to not think about the race as much as possible, kind ahard to do but just needed to be relaxed. Did like a 400m warmup that consisted of just some stride outs. Seemed to pay off I guess, legs weren't feeling the best but alot better than wednesday fo sho. Plan was to go out however the hell I wanted, regardless of how slow. Did just that except it was a littttttllllle faster than expected. 73,2:30,3:51, 5:14, 6:35, 8:00? 9:25? 10:44 finish, really really wanted to go sub 10:40 but oh well, ran hard the whole race and picked off, 11 kids, I"ll take it. Almost got into 3th but last 200 legs just didnt have shit. Really gotta put some work in over the summer to place high next year.
