Comments:
A few step exercises in the AM. Noon: lat hop 3x30, jump squats 1x15. No pain.
PM: cycling. Pain immediate/sustained. Bummer. but FINE within 10min off bike.
Read "explain pain". CENTRAL SENSITIZATION!!!
