Comments:
Foot more hurty today, even before running. Basically same running pattern with intervals of running and walking, but it was more spontaneous today. I purposely ran the downhill and the flat parts, especially so I could see the lake in the distance. Warmed up with 1-mile walk and cooled down with 0.5-mile walk.
