Took off til today, calves finally feel good enough to walk on haha. Dave O. claims that i should take off completely til the middle of next week but Im not going to follow that..this week Im just running a mile or so a day with stercthing and strides at like 2 mileish pace to keep the legs from going stagnant. next week back to like 35 or so.
