Weather: Pouring Rain & Overcast

Comments:
The first interval was downhill. The second was a loop, so both up and down. The third was the uphill of the first, and I was focused on speed. It was so exciting to push it and make it up faster than it took to get down!

My one mistake was not wearing gloves. My hands were freezing! My right hand is the one that still stiffens up every once in a while, and it wasn't happy in the cold.
