Yet another shitty Tuesday workout! What is my deal? Sub 35:00 is feeling like a longshot right now! 4 X 1.25 miles @ 10K pace w/ 3:00 rec. Should have been around 7:00. Wasn't even close. 7:06, 7:17, 7:12, 7:22. Got pissed and did 4 x 400 w/ 200 rec on the track after a full recovery. 1:15, 1:16, 1:15, 1:17. On the brightside, felt like I could have done more of those easily. Crossing my fingers for a better workout Friday!
