Comments:
Rode the stationary bike in the gym for 20 minutes. Did 3 sets of 10 pullups on the pullup assist machine set to 11. 2 set of 10 dips. 1 set of 20 pushups and 1 set of 10 pushups.
Wanted to get on the stair stepper but is was being used.
