Comments:
First time at new pace. Not in great shape as expected for about 2 weeks off. I attempted to start out @7-7:10 pace at the lower end of my normal run pace, but I was really overzealous and hit about 6:25. At least 6:25 felt like 7 for a little bit. The run was rather hilly at least more so then any Cleveland run. I will need to get used to that. Also I didn't feel so good because I ate a doughnut 30 min. before the run so I felt that. I am shooting for doing negative splits next time so start out atl 7:10.
