Comments:
around 40 minutes according to the clock on the cable box. good run, felt okay. legs a bit sore from coming back, but that's to be expected. i'll just put in ~7:30 pace unless I know for sure the distance. ran on fields and out the bike path to zion and took that back to the KAC, went up YBF and back to new apts. moving into aclands tomorrow.
