Weather: Very humid and warm
Comments:
Wanted to run this one easy and was pleased to feel pretty good throughout. Forgot just how much different it is running in heat/humidity. Early is definitely better. Week 1 of Higdon almost done. Will try to stretch out to 6 miles on the weekend. 10 oz water...probably not enough.
