Comments:
SOLID. hilly route in the pouring rain wasn't expecting to go this hard. I always love the sunday long run. First 2-3 miles were easy as usual but I just kept picking it up.
Route was to WJ lap on track, IBM + lap then back home and finished on extended incline. felt very strong but did not kill myself. I was able to keep my form relaxed
