I felt amazing! So unstoppable and so healthy. I'd planned on running 4 miles, but I went a new way to try out my Nike Sports Band, knowing it would track my miles for me, and I loved having it! I felt energetic and my muscles were loose and flexible. The added mileage didn't seem to make a difference, and it felt good to know I could run more.
