Comments:
Just what I needed. Planned on 7 but felt good at the end and added a mile. Started off slow (9:40, 9:37)as I didn't know how much my legs could handle. Felt pretty good throughout and got a nice second wind around 5.5. Drank about 30oz water. Used hand held bottle and filled up at 3 fountains. Saw cardinals and deer and generally just enjoyed the nature and the activity.
