reverse second lake

Comments:
Later run with Paul from XCFH up NP over to South Park, around second lake with a water stop, and back NP. Started out fast because we were talking about training paces, but we slowed down because of the heat I presume. Cruised down back to the house though. Felt tired, but not sore or hurt. Get the training pace down next week.

Stretch, hips, L7 and some rolling and abs when I got back. ALso got in a little bit of ice cupping. I wish I had a whole cooler of ice. Its hot out! Also I really need to get back into good plank shape. I was feeling it today.
