Getting the hang of this aqua jogging, but the advice from my coach tonight will definitley help me figure things out next time. Did 4 laps in 20 minutes. Still remarkably boring. Also did my leg lift routine for the first time in 6 days. Knee feeling pretty good since I'm not using it for anything.
