Weather: 65 Degrees from my wonderful AC
Comments:
Same things as last time just increased a little:
Superman- set of 20, then a set of 10
Bridges- Same amount as last time but more of them were one legged this time
Metronomes- 10 for each side then did another set of 3 on each side
Leg Lifting Plank- original set pf 3 then another set of 2, this is def the hardest one for me
Side Plank-2 on each side again but increased to 40 seconds for all instead of 30
