Went down to Veale in the morning to bike. For the first few weeks, I am only going to run 5/week, might go to 6 or double at the higher mileages. I was handling 6 ok last season. Anyways pretty standard bike, HR was around 140. Watched the Scripps Spelling Bee, which was on ESPN. Its still more of a sport than NASCAR.

Afterward, went down to the weight room do do some rehab stuff and a little lifting. Did abductor and aductor 2 x 10, then calf raises 2 x 10 each leg, then dumbell pushups 2 x 7. Those were tough last season, and I want to get good at them. I want to find a way to strenghten hammies well over the summer. Ill find a machine i guess.

Back upstairs to stretch, hips, L7 and abs. Quads not as sore.
